Toorak Handicap

In the Group 1 Toorak Handicap, expect the outsider Judusk to set a solid pace here with Rewaaya pushing forward due to the wide barrier. Darci Brahma and Undue should get the gun runs just off the pace and either could look the likely winner as heads are turned for home. Look for Primus to rattle home from midfield and run over them at the end.

The Caulfield Guineas is the highlight in Melbourne tomorrow. The 3yo's will be racing for $1,000,000 in prizemoney. The hot favorite is the Novacastrian Court Command. The Darren Smith trained colt has drawn what looks a perfect barrier in gate 3. Jockey Digger McLellan should be able to take him to the lead. Churchill Downs, Excites and Wonderful World shouldn't be too far of the pace. Punters should expect big finishes from the Hayes pair Muzdaher and Danever.

The former Hong Kong import Super Kid has been well supported in betting and should be able to secure a nice transition. El Segundo should confirm favoritism from the Cox...

Schillaci Stakes

The Schillaci Stakes will bring together a competitive field of sprinters. With little weight on her back, Nediym's Glow will head to the front with speed expected from Marwin Gold and the Kiwi Green Birdie. The Sydney horse Vionetto will be just off the pace along with the topweight Miss Andretti. Tesbury Jack will head to the middle of the track on straightening and will be hard to hold out. The consistent Perth horse Let Go Thommo will sit just behind the leaders and has been set for this race...
