At Flushing Meadows the first and second round will be underway. This is Day 3 of the US Open.

Here are the betting tips:

Andy Murray vs Lukas Lacko – Lacko is a good hard court player and may take a set from Murray. Bet on Andy to win 3-1 at $4.25.

Janko Tipsarevic vs Andy Roddick – Roddick is finding some form and is looking forward to a good result today in front of his home crowd. Bet on Andy to win in straight sets at $2.00.

Sam Querrey vs Bradley Klahn – Sam should make quick work of his unknown opponent ranked 596th in the world. Bet on Sam to win in straight sets at $1.33.

Frederico Gil vs John Isner – Isner is not fit so his only chance is to make it to the next round by finishing off his opponent quickly and this way save energy for tomorrow. Bet on John to win in straight sets at $2.20.

Michael Llodra vs Tomas Berdych – Llodra could make things hard for Berdych. The two Grand Slam matches these guys have played went very close but bet on Tomas to win 3-1 at $4.00.

Gael Monfils vs Igor Andreev – This match suits Andreev as he owns the head-to-head 4-1 and all four wins in straight sets wins. Monfils is not playing his best tennis and Andreev will make it 5-1. Bet on Igor to win at $2.72.

Potito Starace vs Nicolas Almagro – Almagro won all of his last four meetings against Starace. Bet on Nicolas to win at $1.22.

Mikhail Kukushkin vs Stanislas Wawrinka – Two players with different style and level of play. Wawrinka should win easily by just using his superior experience in Grand Slam tournaments and in high stakes matches. Bet on Stanislas to win in straight sets at $2.45.

Juan Ignacio Chela vs Yen-Hsun Lu – Lu has been much more consistent than his opponent this year. Lu also had fantastic performances at Wimbledon where he beat Roddick. Chela is far from form. Bet on Yen-Hsun to win at $2.03.

Sergiy Stakhovsky vs Peter Luczak – Stakhovsky has played solid tennis at New Heaven last week and seems to be prepared for the US Open. The Aussie is in poor form lately and I don’t see him to produce the surprise here. Bet on Sergiy to win at $1.33.

Dudi Sela vs Xavier Malisse – Sela defeated Malisse recently in Los Angeles and was successful in a recent challenger tournament. Enough reasons to believe he can do it again. Bet on Dudi to win at $2.12.

Ruben Ramirez-Hidalgo vs Dustin Brown – The amount of errors Dustin hits will be amazing to watch. Bet on Ruben to win at $2.30.

Tobias Kamke vs Philipp Kohlschreiber - “I’m in top shape”, assured Kohlschreiber and he is ready for the German clash. Kamke is just an average player and doesn’t stand a chance against his fellow countryman. Bet on Philipp to win in straight sets at $2.00.

Marcel Granollers vs Andreas Seppi – Granollers is a much better player on fast courts and the Italian is playing quite poor lately, even on his favorite surface – clay. Bet on Marcel to win at $2.90.

Ryan Harrison vs Ivan Ljubicic – Harrison has the game and Ljubicic is getting old but Ivan’s powerful serve and well positioned backhand should destroy the American’s resistance. Bet on Ivan to win at $1.33.

Mikhail Youzhny vs Andrey Golubev – Youzhny has won twice against Golubev in less than one year on fast surfaces, losing just one set. Bet on Mikhail to win at $1.30.

Guillermo Garcia Lopez vs Lukasz Kubot – Garcia Lopez has been off the main tour since July 19th with an ankle injury and the fact that he has not had the chance to prepare for this tournament will be a big disadvantage. Bet on Lukasz to win at $1.83.

Gilles Simon vs Donald Young – Simon is too crafty for the athletic Young. The Frenchman should win easily like he has done twice already two years ago in straight sets. Bet on Gilles to win at $1.25.

Jack Sock vs Marco Chiudinelli – This is a bet against Sock because he is a 17-year-old junior ranked around 600 in the world and has received a main draw wild card. Chiudinelli should easily win here. Bet on Marco to win in straight sets at $1.57.

Victor Hanescu vs Carlos Berlocq – The Romanian is usually consistent playing in first rounds of Grand Slam tournaments against lower ranked opponents and Berlocq on hard court won’t be able to do anything special. Bet on Victor to win in straight sets at $2.20.
