Caulfield Cup 2011
The first Caulfield Cup run was in 1879 and since then has become one of Australia’s toughest handicap races with prize money reaching over $2 million. It is run over 2400 meters and is an important lead up race to the Melbourne Cup. Some of the latest big name winners include Tawqeet, Railings, Elvstroem, Mummify and Northerly.

So closer to the spring racing you will see bookmakers come up with all kinds of exotic betting options, but the double is the most anticipated one.
